The Cooper's Cask Coffee journey has been an amazing one, marked by long hours of perfecting our craft. We have constantly tested new coffee lots and refined our roasting profiles to ensure that only the absolute best product is delivered.

Our mission was simple: to source the finest grade 1 specialty coffee, create amazing flavor profiles, and roast it fresh. This commitment to quality has been the driving force behind our growth, but the goal has always remained the same.

Small Batch Roasted by a Family-Run Roastery

At Cooper's Cask Coffee, we source Bourbon Barrel Aged, Cold Brew, and Espresso coffee from around the world, including South America, Africa, and the Sumatra Islands. Our grade 1 single origin coffee from Colombia, Peru, Guatemala, Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Sumatra, among others, offers a diverse range of flavors and experiences.

Roasted to Perfection

Our Bourbon Barrel Aged coffee, crafted by pairing our single origin Colombian beans with award-winning Kentucky Bourbon, showcases a truly remarkable taste profile. Aged for 60 days and then roasted to a medium-dark level, the resulting coffee boasts notes of chocolate hazelnut, sweet plums, roasted nuts, and a smooth bourbon finish.

Similarly, our Single Malt Whiskey Barrel coffee, blending Sumatra Lintong beans with Malt Whiskey, delivers a unique experience with tasting notes of woody earth, tobacco, tropical fruits, vanilla, and caramel. Our Rye Whiskey Barrel coffee, featuring Ethiopian dry-processed beans, presents a bright and clean cup with a touch of acidic spice, fruited notes of peach jam and strawberries, and a hint of sweetness from red raw honey and Dutch chocolate.

Lastly, our Rum Barrel Aged coffee, pairing Rwanda single origin beans with Thomas Tew Rum, showcases the caramelized sugar notes, complemented by flavors of red raisins, molasses, rich cocoa, baking spices, vanilla, and oak.

Crafted with Care

Each bag of Cooper's Cask Coffee is individually crafted, with our Master Roaster hand-writing the roast date, lot number, and their initials on every package. This attention to detail reflects the dedication and expertise of our team, ensuring that every cup you enjoy is a true work of art.
